SE Data Maps
The Socioeconomic Data Document presents the forecasted population and employment growth from 2010 to 2040 that was used for the 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP). Note that the 2050 MTP and SE Data has superseded this 2040 data.
Density Maps
A set of maps depicting forecasted growth in dwelling units and employment in the western Triangle are available below. The first set of maps show the overall growth by TAZ (Traffic Analysis Zone) and the second set of maps show the growth density by TAZ. This forecast is based on the comprehensive land use plans of the various jurisdictions in the planning area and therefore carries the name Community Plan scenario. This set of maps might vary somewhat from the SE Data that was ultimately used to model the 2040 MTP.
