Discrimination Complaint/Reclamo por Discriminacion

It is the policy of the Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO) to ensure that no person shall be excluded from participation in any MPO activity on the grounds of race, color, sex, age, national origin, language proficiency, or disability. If you believe that you have been discriminated against by the DCHC MPO, please complete and return the Complaint Form below, and/or contact the person listed below.

Los participantes y beneficiarios de programas o actividades administrados o financiados por el DCHC MPO que consideren han sido discriminados con base en su raza, color, país de origen, nivel de ingresos, limitación para hablar o entender inglés (LEP), sexo, edad o discapacidad tienen el derecho de presentar un reclamo. Favor de completar y devolver el Fomulario de Reclamo, o/y contactar a la persona identificado a continuacion.

MPO Non-Discrimination Plan

The MPO has adopted a Title VI Non-Discrimination Plan that specifies how the MPO will comply with Title VI that includes these main features:

• MPO non-discrimination statement
• Signed assurances of compliance
• A designated Title VI liaison and organizational structure
• Training for MPO employees related to Title VI implementation
• Complaint procedures, complaint form and complaint log
• Public participation plan, updated 2021
• Limited English Proficiency Plan (LEP), updated 2021
• Environmental Justice Plan, updated 2020
