The DCHC-MPO is comprised of jurisdictions and local, state, and national agencies that are responsible for transportation planning throughout the MPO area. The MPO members have staff who participate in the Technical Committee (TC) and some members have elected officials and other representatives who participate and vote on the MPO Board. The MPO's members of the Technical Committee and MPO Board are established by Memorandum of Understanding.
